Fast Track Terms

For orders using stocked lenses, we will process your glasses within 2 working days of receiving them, ensuring the fastest possible turnaround.

For non-stock lenses, we’ll begin processing your order as soon as your custom lenses arrive in our lab. While these may take slightly longer, your order will still receive priority handling throughout.

Stocked lenses include our most commonly used options that are readily available in our lab, such as non-prescription and single vision lenses, sunglass & polarised tints and Transitions® lenses.

Non-stock lenses are specially made to order and require additional manufacturing time. These include varifocals, bifocals and branded lenses.

Once your custom lenses arrive in our lab, your order will be given priority handling to complete as quickly as possible.

Turnaround time will be clarified once we’ve received your frames and our team review your order and requirements, providing an estimated date.
