Shipping Policies

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Tracking
If your order is shipped with a tracked service, you will receive tracking information after dispatch.
Returned and Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or being unclaimed, a reshipment fee will apply to cover the cost of sending it again.
