We require a prescription that is no more than 2 years old. Please take a clear photo of your prescription and upload it here.

Submit Your Pupillary Distance

We need your Pupillary Distance (PD) measurement to accurately position the optical centre of your lenses. Without the correct PD, your lenses may not provide the best possible vision.
